Terms of Use

These terms cover two different things: using this website, and buying something on it. Most of it is the ordinary stuff you would expect. The parts that actually matter to you are section 6 (what you are buying), section 7 (refunds) and section 10 (the limits on what I am liable for), so if you only read three, read those.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make through it. By using the site or buying something on it, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site.

2. Who you are dealing with

This website is the personal site of Uldis Zalcmanis, who writes and teaches under the name “Systems Rockstar”. In these terms, “I”, “me” and “my” refer to him, and “you” refers to anyone who uses the site or buys from it.

Anything you pay for here is sold, invoiced and delivered by:

That is the company behind Systems Ninjas, and it is the name that will appear on your card statement and your receipt. Systems Rockstar is a name I write under, not a separate company.

3. Permitted use of the site

You may use this website for lawful purposes and to learn about what I do. You agree to use it in a way that does not interfere with its operation, its security, or anyone else's use of it.

You must not:

Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server it runs on, or any connected system or network.
Introduce viruses, malware, or any other material that is malicious or technically harmful.
Copy, scrape, harvest, or republish any part of the site except as expressly permitted by these terms or by law.
Use the site in a way that could damage, disable, or overburden it, or impair its availability to others.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website and inside anything you buy here — text, video, audio, graphics, logos, designs, layouts, checklists, templates and calculators — is owned by Systems R Sdn Bhd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

When you buy a course or a session, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material yourself and inside your own business. You may not share your access, resell it, republish it, run it as your own training, or use it to build a competing product. Applying what you learn to your own business, or to businesses you own, is exactly what it is for and is entirely fine.

5. No professional advice, and no earnings promise

Everything on this site and in the material sold here is general business information. It is not professional, legal, financial, accounting or tax advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Get your own professional advice before acting on anything you read or watch here.

Any results, figures, case studies or examples are illustrative. They describe what happened in a particular business at a particular time. They are not promises, guarantees or projections of what will happen in yours, and your own results will depend on your market, your offer, your effort and a hundred things neither of us controls.

6. What you can buy here

Two things, both priced in US dollars and both delivered digitally:

Simple Domination — a self-paced course. On payment you get instant, lifetime access to the material as it stands, plus anything I add to it later. “Lifetime” means for as long as I keep the course available; if I ever retire it, I will give you reasonable notice and a way to download what you paid for.
1:1 Strategy Call — one sixty-minute session with me, booked through the calendar on the site and held over video. You get my attention for the hour and whatever notes or recommendations come out of it. It is a single session, not an ongoing engagement, and it does not include implementation work.

Buying either one does not create any wider relationship, retainer, or obligation on my part beyond the thing described above.

7. Payment, refunds and my guarantees

Payment is taken at checkout by card through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and are the prices shown on the page at the time you buy. Where Malaysian service tax applies it will be shown on your invoice.

Both products carry a guarantee, and I would rather refund you than have you feel taken:

Simple Domination: watch it, and if you genuinely cannot spot at least one clear revenue leak or missed opportunity in your own customer journey, email me and ask for your money back. No forms and no hoops. Emailing [email protected] is the whole process.
Strategy Call: if, at the end of the call, you honestly feel it was not worth it, tell me and I will refund it in full.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and how quickly they land is up to your bank rather than me. The guarantees are there for people who turn up in good faith. If someone downloads everything, files a refund and does it again next month, I reserve the right to decline — that is the only limit on them.

8. Booking, rescheduling and missed calls

You can reschedule a strategy call using the link in your booking confirmation, and there is no penalty for doing it with reasonable notice. If you do not turn up and do not tell me, I will hold the slot for you once as a courtesy; after that the session is treated as delivered. If I have to move a call, you get first pick of a new time, and if no time works, a full refund.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this website and its content are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. I do not warrant that the site or the course platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that the information on it is complete, accurate or current. Third-party platforms are used to deliver payment, video and scheduling, and their availability is not something I control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, my total liability arising out of or in connection with this website, the course or a strategy call is limited to the amount you actually paid for the thing the claim relates to. I am not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or the material.

Nothing in these terms is intended to totally exclude my liability where doing so would not be permitted by law. Under Malaysian law a clause that completely excludes liability can be void, so these terms limit liability to a reasonable extent rather than trying to remove it. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Third-party links and services

This site links to other services — a booking calendar, a payment processor, the Systems Ninjas website, WhatsApp and social platforms. Some buttons route through tracked short links so I can see which resources people find useful. I do not control those services, a link is not an endorsement, and once you are on them their own terms and privacy policies apply. See the Privacy Policy for what that means for your data.

12. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, your use of this website, or anything you buy through it, are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and you agree to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

13. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time, and when I do I will change the date at the top of this page. Changes are not retrospective: whatever these terms said on the day you bought something is what applies to that purchase.
