This is the personal website of Uldis Zalcmanis (“Systems Rockstar”), founder of Systems Ninjas. It exists to share links to free and paid resources and to let you save my contact details. This page explains, in plain English, what happens to any information involved.

What this site collects

The page itself does not host a contact form and does not ask you to log in. In normal use it collects very little:

Save Contact: When you tap “Save my contact”, a vCard is generated in your browser and downloaded to your device. Nothing about that action is sent to me or stored on a server.
Outbound links: Most buttons route through tracked short links (link.systemsrockstar.com). When you click one, the link service may record anonymous click data (such as time, approximate location, and device type) and may set an advertising pixel so I can measure interest and, where relevant, show follow-up ads on platforms like Meta. You can opt out of personalised ads in your account settings on those platforms.
Hosting logs: The site is served via Cloudflare, which keeps standard, short-lived security and performance logs (e.g. IP address, browser type). These are used to keep the site fast and secure.

What happens after you click through

Several links take you to other services I use — for example a booking calendar, a training page, the Systems Ninjas website, WhatsApp, or social platforms. Once you’re on those services, their privacy policies apply. If you book a call or send a message, the details you choose to share (name, contact details, what you’re after) are used only to respond to you and follow up about working together.

How your information is used

To reply to you and arrange calls or work.
To understand which resources people find useful, so I can improve them.
To occasionally follow up about relevant offers — never spam, and you can opt out any time.

I do not sell your personal information.

This page does not set marketing cookies of its own. The tracked short links and the platforms you visit after clicking may use cookies or pixels as described above. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time.

You can ask me what details I hold about you, ask me to correct them, or ask me to delete them. Just email [email protected] and I’ll sort it out.
